What would you do? The Budgeting & Forecasting team focuse, on managing, coordinating and driving the finance and planning activities of the business which includes strategy development and implementation. The team is responsible for the preparation of budget forecasting, cost analysis, variance analysis, Full Time Equivalent (FTE) headcount analysis and financial reporting.
The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity. cuts time to dose and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements. The areas where this team's e.)(pertise lies is in posting journal entries. preparing balance sheet reconciliations. reviewing entries and reconciliations. preparing cash forecasting statement. supporting month end closing. preparing reports and supports in audits.

Leverage FP&A experience to serve as a finance advisor. financial partner of Regional finance teams.
Supporting monthly and quarterly closing and reporting processes. ensuring accuracy of monthly/quarterly financials & variances to plans.
Roles and Responsibilities: Supporting monthly and quarterly closing and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy of monthly/quarterly financials & variances to plans Financial partner of Sourcing, Factories, Materials management, FP&A and Regional finance teams
Perform ad-hoc analyses/ reporting and additional related duties as assigned.
Process development. ensure consistent data governance and provide reporting & analytical support for strategic initiatives.
