As a Headhunter at Page Group you will be responsible for a specific market, which you will have total ownership of. Your role is to develop this market by building a network of relationships with candidates and clients and create commercial opportunities from these relationships.

As a Recruitment Consultant at PageGroup, no two days will be the same! Some of day to day activities will include:

  • Work closely with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping clients find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Business development to new and existing clients. This can involve calling new clients for the first time as well as speaking to clients you know well. Often, in both cases you will be marketing (selling) your candidates to your network of clients, in order to create opportunities for your candidates.
  • Engage with candidates, by phone and face to face, on a daily basis to consistently build your knowledge of your market and build relationships.
  • This is a SALES ROLE and in the first 6 months will require you to produce high levels of activity, particularly around candidate & client calling and face to face meetings. Expected KPIs will be discussed with you prior to starting your role with Page Group.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer facing sales role or exposure to recruitment
  • Exposure or understanding of the recruitment sector is a plus but not essential
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • A natural drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate the success of the team
  • The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities
  • The ability to handle adversity and rejection
