Part-Time book keeper and general office administrator required for busy office in Naas. We are looking for an experienced book keeper / administrator to work in a busy recruitment company in Naas. You will get involved in all areas of the office so lots of variety. Each week you will process payroll for approx. 20 staff ( temp and permanent workers ). You will generate invoices and chase debtors (not high volume). You will answer questions and queries from temp staff regarding holidays, rates and general queries. You will assist with reference checking and contract generation. You will also get involved in general adhoc projects and social media initiatives. Experience in Sage 50 essential.
