A Senior Finance Manager is required to oversee the financial operations from a Management Accounts perspective. Manage a team, reviewing work, liaising with key stakeholders.

  • Oversee the management accounts process of a particular part of the business.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to make informed financial decisions.
  • Take an active part in process improvement and automation.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Engage with stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Be involved in the on-boarding of acquired businesses/contracts.


A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

  • Qualified with 2-3 years post qualified experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • An interest in process improvement and automation is ideal.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement.
