Work you'll do

  • Review/prepare voucher and attached supporting document for bookkeeping by Xero/ACCPAC accounting program
  • Review/prepare fixed asset register and calculation depreciation
  • Review/prepare Invoice and payment listing cheque payment, issue withholding tax certificate
  • Review/prepare Financial Statement, Note of financial statement and Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Review/prepare Input and output VAT Report
  • Review/prepare and filing VAT return and withholding tax return
  • Calculation corporate income tax return
  • Process for payroll, calculation withholding tax and social security fund
  • Deal with third party such as bank, auditor and the government authorities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or/and Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • At least 5 years experiences in Accounting or related field
  • Experience with an international organization is preferable
  • Having an in-depth understanding of the principles of accounting, costing and tax compliance
  • Experience in prepare financial statements in accordance with TFRS for PAE and NPAEs
  • Good English and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiar with computerized accounting system, preferably Xero/ACCPAC accounting system
  • Excellent inter-personnel skills, dynamic, and active
  • Proactive, growth mindset with IT skill sets
