Your responsibilities would include:

  • executing day-to-day activities for RTR CoE
  • knowing and acting as team ambassador of Team’s vision and strategy 
  • backing up of TL in operational meetings with OpCo, daily huddles with team 
  • demonstrating internal control mind-set and embedding internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively and any deficiency is mitigated
  • providing all necessary analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable them to sign off all required financial statements
  • facilitating external audit for local purposes for all OpCos in scope
  • driving own personal development in leadership, finance-specific skills, and business knowledge by implementing his/her development plan
  • proactively raising any issue on design and execution of controls
  • monitoring team’s daily performance 
  • being first escalation point for the team 
  • bringing constructive challenging ideas, taking ownership of agreed actions.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
  • bachelors or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • good knowledge of IFRS
  • excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • leadership experience
  • detail-oriented mindset and ability to focuse on quality
  • very good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • very good written and verbal English.
