Description

  • Work closely with senior colleagues to prepare and file tax returns and reports for individuals and corporations.
  • Support team members in tax research and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Work and study toward a professional qualification; AAT, ATT/CTA, ACA/ACCA.

Profile

A successful Tax Assistant Associate should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You may already be underway with an apprenticeship, or qualified by experience will also be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of tax and a willingness to learn and progress your career in tax.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills.
