Role Overview:

As a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant at our company, you will be a crucial member of our SAP delivery projects, serving as a Functional Expert in SuccessFactors solutions. You will closely collaborate with clients, understanding their business and functional requirements, and translating them into SuccessFactors design documents. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and your understanding of clients' needs will play a key role in designing effective and efficient solutions. This role may involve leading a functional team and working on longer-term projects, contributing to wider HR and SAP S/4 transformations.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:
  • "Lead in the New" with innovative thinking, bringing industry best practices and latest trends in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth.
  • Capability to lead larger and more complex SAP SuccessFactors projects and contribute to the overall project strategy.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and expectations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex HR and technical issues related to SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting project status updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors roadmap and upcoming releases, and the ability to align client strategies with platform advancements.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and minimum of 5 end-to-end SuccessFactors projects.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors, providing thought leadership and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple SAP SuccessFactors projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track record of contributing to the enhancement of SuccessFactors solutions and driving continuous improvement.
  • Capability to lead business development efforts, including contributing to pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution presentations.
  • Experience in defining the strategic direction for SAP SuccessFactors service offerings and driving their implementation across projects.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership within Accenture and client organizations, driving transformational change and HR excellence.
  • Strong people management skills, responsible for the development and performance management of a team of SuccessFactors consultants.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in HR technology and the ability to leverage them to drive business value for clients.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects across multiple modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors mobile application and user experience optimization.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and industry trends related to talent management and HR processes.
  • Exposure to data migration and integration between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
