The Head of Capital Planning and Prudential Reporting is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management department in an effort to provide regulatory analysis and reporting in cooperation with other Finance teams, Risk, Business and Operations. Additionally. The Head of Capital Planning and Prudential Reporting develops reporting and control procedures to accurately prepare information required for financial/regulatory reporting and analysis.


  • Supervise and support the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies (NBP, BFG, KNF) based on relevant regulatory requirements,
  • Supervision of process related to ICAPP, Recovery plan and resolution planning,
  • Capital rations monitoring and escalation, preparation of capital projections,
  • Supervision and conducting of firm wide projects (eg CRR, resolution requirements implementation, new regulatory requirements),
  • Cooperation with IPU in regard to consolidated reporting,
  • Monitoring of regulatory requirements related to the supervised process and assessment of their impact on Bank’s capital position and process,
  • Design and implementation of internal procedures and regulations,
  • Close cooperation with Data warehouse team on the data sources and automations,
  • Supporting business and advising on assessment of transaction’s impact Bank’s capital position,
  • Oversee of all Team’s members and supporting them in development,
  • Recommend goals, policies, and plans for the Team and it’s members,
  • Represent the firm in dealings with regulators (KNF, NBP, BFG) and external auditor and audiences (ZBP).


  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managerial position
  • Experience in finance/reporting area of financial institution
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting
  • Additional qualifications: postgraduate studies in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Risk, ACCA, CFA will be an advantage
  • Ability to present and influence across organization level and functions
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
