Who we are looking for:

The Business and Entity Support Team (BEST) is integral to ensuring that State Street global and local legal entity regulatory obligations are met. Whilst currently the team services Australia and Singapore, this scope is under review to offer broader regional support. The team is responsible to perform administrative and reporting tasks, such as Singapore MAS 610 report, Singapore BCP admin support, Singapore recertification, Australia Outsource Governance Committee deck consolidation, Australia Deal related task, Australia Omni BUS account monitoring, FTTOP and FATCA monitor etc. 

  • Administrative tasks associated with the Regulatory reporting,
  • Controls recertifications,
  • Administer AML/KYC related tasks- including reporting, training, audits,
  • Maintaining Standing Operating Procedures (SOP),
  • Business Continuity Planning (BCP) administrative tasks - Plan Oversight, Incident Management Preparedness, Scenario Solutions, Testing, Sufficiency, and Remediation, BCP Site Management, Client Relationship and RFP's / Due Diligence questionnaire, BCP Management & administration, including any new initiatives.
  • Monitor and oversee internal business units' compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e. Volcker Rule, Management reporting) and risk management practices, develop and champion Risk Excellence program, and coordinate response to market events for internal business units.

What you will be responsible for: 

  • Be accountable to drive various risk forums and actions
  • Report generation, status collation and meeting arrangement to review the outstanding items
  • Work with BEST teams within region to ensure consistency of goal alignment, trend assessment and reporting for all events being worked on
  • Proactively connect with business teams in APAC region to setup service providing model
  • Work with BU to monitor issues and accountable for project management on initiatives as needed

Education & Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years industry experience.
  • Experience with business/system analysis with knowledge on financial market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills, Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to establish key relationships
  • Ability to research and learn new business process, establish knowledge/flows
  • Proactive attitude, embrace changes and demonstrate strong ability on quick adaption
