This role requires a Finance Manager to assist in overseeing the accounting and finance department within a manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Preparation of monthly management and group reporting:
    • Profit and Loss
    • Balance sheet
    • Cash flow statements
    • Budget Variance analysis
    • Key financial metrics
  • Supporting the divisions forecasting and budgeting process
  • Supporting commercial decision making
  • Supporting the preparation of all statutory returns including:
    • VAT
    • All applicable taxation
    • Financial Statements
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, including Inter Company
  • Payroll and pension administration with outsourced provider
  • P11D and P60 reporting
  • Management of junior team members.


  • Qualified Accountant- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Capable of multi-tasking between different operating systems
  • Proven experience of people management
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Computer literate (Excel level Intermediate/Expert)
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently when required
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
