  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Interpret data to uncover insights and trends, providing actionable recommendations to project stakeholders.

Project Support:

  • Assist project managers in scoping, planning, scheduling, coordinating project activities.
  • Monitor project timelines, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, project teams, and external partners.

Essential Experience:

You will have proven experience as a Project Analyst or similar role, preferably in a finance-driven environment. You will also be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. An ability and track record of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders is essential. Attention to detail coupled with an ability to work interdependently is also required.

Desirable Experience:

Ideally you will have a familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheets, AzureDevOps). Proficiency in SQL and/or Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and analysis would be an advantage as well as being part qualified in CIMA or ACCA.

Bring your energy. Play to your strengths. Make things bigger and better than before. Let's take it on.
