Deputy Manager Accounts

Compile monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial statements.
· Generate monthly reports detailing finished goods stock movement, and reconcile physical stock with Oracle (inventory and accounts receivable).
· Perform monthly reconciliation of the General Ledger (GL) with sub-ledgers.
· Create monthly reports analyzing power cost per unit from various sources and comparing them against budgetary figures.
· Manage records of investments and advances, and calculate interest income on long-term advances.
· Facilitate communication with external auditors, ensuring the timely provision of data for audits.
· Conduct a monthly reconciliation of inter-unit sales.
· Oversee the maintenance of physical records and the scanning process, ensuring effective upkeep of both physical and digital records.
