The Central Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Senior Analyst, Human Resources on a contract of indefinite duration in the Human Resources Division.  This role is aligned to the Bank Professional 3 (BP3) grade and the BP3 salary scale applies.  Please click here for further information on our salary scales. Reporting to the Head of Function - HR Operations, the successful candidate will Key Accountabilities: Design, develop and deliver management information to provide input into key strategic decisions for attraction, retention and development of capability across the organization. Drive the understanding, development and implementation of divisional analytical capabilities, including techniques and approaches, to ensure that HR can deliver on key analytical requirements, including provision of key people reports and dashboards to the business on a regular basis, incorporating the identification and interpretation of trends. Provide insight into key emerging trends and identify opportunities to maximize the contribution of the HR analytics function. Contribute heavily to the design of the Bank's resource planning processes, including liaising directly with Finance on payroll related (average pay) & trend natural turnover) inputs. Design & develop a monthly scorecard for the HR Directorate; a suite of monthly reports to monitor, track and reporting against the annual resource plan; other ad-hoc analyst activities as may be determined from time to time including for example recruitment metrics and support in flight project work that requires HR management information. Lead a small responsive and agile team and work in collaboration with the wider HR team to meet the HR analytical requirements of the Bank. Take responsibility for own work outcomes and communicate these effectively within the team to facilitate knowledge sharing and provision of expertise and technical advice to other team members that contributes to developing a solid understanding of analytics within HR. Person Specification: A third level qualification (Level 8 on NFQ) in finance, data analytics or related subjects and/ or an accounting or other relevant professional qualifications. At least five years' experience in an analytical/ modelling area. Experience in developing reporting frameworks/ tools and HR reporting/ analysis e.g. linked to talent management, recruitment and selection etc. Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and organizational ability. Strong IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills and/ or data management skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to prepare clear and accurate presentations, tailored to the intended audience. Strong attention to detail and the ability to critically assess complex issues such as the identification of potentially contradictory data from multiple sources and recommend solutions to address. HR process and procedures knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
