Funds Solicitor: Are you a Funds Lawyer with between 1 and 4 years' experience and seeking a role in-house within an Asset Manager's European operation in Dublin?  If so, this role is fantastic and offering top salaries! Role: Investment Funds Solicitor Duration: Permanent Hours: Full Time Location: Dublin City Centre Duties: -          Drafting and negotiating various client service agreements (including administration, depositary, and terms of business agreements) with clients/ their counsel and supporting the business with the legal documentation relating to new client fund launches. -          Advising on regulatory changes impacting the business and assisting with implementation of same from a legal and regulatory compliance perspective. -          Supporting Sales, Client Service, Operations and Solutions Teams (including product development and special project work). -          Providing support to SEI's compliance team in Ireland. -          Assisting with drafting, implementation and maintenance of legal and regulatory documents, policies and procedures. -          Support the roll out and development of legal/ regulatory and compliance specific training programmes. -          Other duties and ad-hoc legal and compliance projects / tasks as required Requirements: -          1 to 3 years' PQE as a Solicitor/ Barrister in UK or Ireland -          Specific experience required within UCITS, AIPM, Data Protection, Central Bank regulations; -          Excellent interpersonal skills.
