Accounting Manager

Would you like to take on assignments with a high level of responsibility? • In charge of AP&AR daily works. • In charge of inter-company transactions. • Manage processes and review KPI reports for AP&AR team. • Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational. • Implement the development of AP&AR processes, policies, approval and signature guidelines. • Responsible for supporting GL and reporting team in the AP&AR process. • Responsible for coordinating AP&AR, specifically in reporting, control and compliance related matters. • Responsible for supporting DPO and DSO to improve and develop the AP&AR processes for China plants. • Responsible for supporting AP&AR related projects. • Function as back-up for other roles within the China Finance Organization. • Responsible for developing the AP&AR team building a cooperative atmosphere. Impress us - with your professional and personal skills. • Bachelor Degree or above • At least 6 years work experience of accounting in a large global company. • Experience of managing and working with service providers, issue resolution and improvement plans. • International experience and multi-currency transaction experience are seen as beneficial. • Well documented and proven knowledge of transactional finance including tax rules. • Up to date knowledge of the AP&AR processes, controls and compliance and preferably the GL/FA process. • Excellent knowledge of SAP.
