This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a reputable, friendly company based in Bicester on a temporary PAYE basis to start as soon as possible.

Client Details

The client is renowned in their field and are experiencing a period of change/growth. They are a flexible and welcoming team. The company operate a hybrid working policy of 2 days in the office and 3 fro home and have on-site parking.


The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Purchase Ledger - processing invoices, checking for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Recording and filing bank transactions
  • Credit Control (primarily over email rather than phone)
  • Ad-hoc Finance administration and support


Advantageous experience the Accounts Assistant will have (desirable):

  • Accounts Experience: the Accounts Assistant must have experience of working in a finance environment, how no qualifications are required
  • Sage Line 50 experience
  • Experience with multi-currencies
  • Microsoft Office: Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
