Your responsibilities would include:

  • performing all daily weekly and monthly tasks linked with execution of open items monitoring on vendor accounts 
  • taking care of reconciliation of open items on vendor’s accounts, and reduction of number of open items
  • developing and maintaining successful working relationships with stakeholders
  • reporting, analysing items on vendor accounts in the system
  • contacting suppliers and Heineken employees.

You are a good match if you have:

  • fluency in English
  • very good excel skills
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • knowledge of SAP
  • understanding of PTP process, structure and organisation
  • good analytical skills
  • focus on details
  • selfdiscipline
  • problem solving skills.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

  • french at B2/C1 level.
