Context

Deloitte Belgium has designed an ambitious development plan for Wallonia (Plan Sud) with the objective to double its revenues across the region. One of the segments that will significantly sustain this development is the “Private” segment that includes companies with annual turnover from €30M up to €2 billion. In this segment, there is a strong business potential for the Risk Advisory practice and the firm is looking today to recruit the senior talent (Senior Manager or Director) who will lead its development across the Walloon market.

The Director will be based at Deloitte’s main Walloon office in Liège or Charleroi. Risk Advisory employs today about 550 people. The Director will lead and develop the local Risk Advisory team. This team is currently composed of 5 people but is planned to grow to 10-12 on the medium term.

Having a personal base or an existing business network in the Liège and/or Charleroi and/or Walloon Brabant area will represent an important element in terms of business development and cultural/customer intimacy.

The development of the Risk Advisory activity on the South region can be truly considered as an entrepreneurial project, strongly supported by the Partner group of Deloitte Belgium and offering a unique opportunity of impact in the Walloon market through a broad scope and a high level of autonomy. The position will involve regular contacts with functional peers at national level (periodical meeting in Brussels every 6 weeks) as well as frequent interaction with Guillaume Deschamps and with Partners and Directors of the local office, in particular regarding business development and cross-fertilization initiatives.
