The Finance Manager is responsible for Accounting/Finance and FP&A activities in Thailand.

Client Details

The company runs a fueling equipment & services(installment & after-service) business. A major supplier of fuel dispensers, point of sales systems, payment systems, and forecourt merchandising for oil & gas industry.


  • Financial Reporting
    • Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
    • Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
    • Preparation of monthly, quarterly (local to HFM/Stat) and annual account reconciliations (Stat to GAAP), monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
    • Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.
    • Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.
    • Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management
    • Manage cash flow by monitoring daily operations, analysing cash needs, and coordinating cash inflows and outflows.
    • Implement strategies to optimize working capital and ensure liquidity requirements are met.
  • Compliance and Auditing
    • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely provision of required financial information.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant financial laws and regulations.
  • Financial Systems and Processes
    • Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
  • Others
    • Provide support on any other ad hoc project or assignment, such as handling operational integration of acquired entities, new business initiatives, launch of new entities etc.


  • Have a comprehensive view of the commercial areas in the company and history of working closely with commercial teams.
  • Tech savvy with a passion for data analytics. Experience with PowerBI, will be a plus.
  • Deep understanding of a matrix organization and ability to manage stakeholders from various functions, across countries and different levels of management.

  • Bring the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
