Description

The Purchase Ledger Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment which could be extended. Reporting to the Finance Manager the role will be 100% office based in Handforth, Cheshire. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Preparing Payment runs
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Using Sage
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Processing expenses
  • Opportunity to support in other Accounts Assistant duties

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

  • Have previous experience of running Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable processes
  • Be able to commute to Handforth office full time
  • Be able to consider a temporary role initially
