Job Descriptions

  • Support our finance team with the accounting Responsible for preparing accounting entries bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records. Ensure that all AP payments are documented accurately and properly approved prior to timely payments Generate aging reports & perform posting of payments and cash receipts to debtor accounts in a timely and accurate manner Perform monthly reconciliation (Bank, AP and AR) and ensure timely updates of cash balances Willing to learn and/or perform full set of accounts Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and record system.
  • Developing monitoring systems to support internal governance and reporting lines Providing support to superiors in developing internal control systems in performing risk and control management Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned & assisting company in executing task. Exposure to management and dealings with international transactions


  • 协助我们的财务团队进行会计工作 负责准备会计分录并保持准确的会计记录。 确保所有 AP 付款均准确记录并在及时付款之前获得适当批准 生成帐龄报告并及时准确地将款项和现金收入过账到债务人账户 执行每月对账(银行、AP账款和AR账款)并确保及时更新现金余额 愿意学习和/或执行全套账户 通过维护适当的归档和记录系统,确保文件记录和管理顺利进行。 开发管理系统以支持内部治理和报告关系 为上级制定内部控制系统及提供支持,以执行风险和控制管理 承担分配的临时职责并协助公司执行任务。 参与及管理国际交易


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in any fields on accounting/banking/financial Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words. Proficiency in accounting software such as SQL, MYOB and AutoCount is added advantage. Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu to liaise with associates. As training will be provided, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
