Description

As a FP&A manager reporting to the Divisional CFO, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed reviews of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Crafting timely and accurate financial and board reporting packages, complete with engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintaining data alignment across financial reporting models by normalizing disparate data from multiple source systems.
  • Identifying financial trends and providing valuable recommendations for improvement.
  • Leading the development and preparation of the Annual Operating Plan and regular re-forecasting, collaborating with business segment leaders.
  • Taking charge of ad hoc projects to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

Profile

We're looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with 8-10 years of experience in consulting, M&A, FP&A, and/or working with/for a private equity firm. If you're a thought leader, a team player, and have experience with small teams, we want to hear from you! Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in data visualizing tools, advanced Excel skills, and expertise in creating management presentation slide decks.
