Description

• Proven experience in analytics, data interpretation with a naturally curious mind-set to challenge processes

• Role is intended to develop greater analytical responsibilities as related experience is gained

• Demonstrable customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with diverse finance and non-finance groups

• Incentive plan experts for the business around the globe

• Quarterly Reporting to Operation Managers and Commercial Directors and Dept. Heads

• Individual Contributor Performance Tracking and Analysis

• Incentive Calculation Review and Distribution

• Collaborate with Financial Controllers on accruals, payments and actual vs budget variances. Clear, Concise delivery to senior audiences

• Driving administrative quality and consistency within reward schemes

• Creating consistent and meaningful reporting to aid motivational impact. Develop regular reporting to individual sales teams and senior management showing sales performances v targets.

Profile

• Qualified or Finalist in a recognised accountancy profession (CIMA or ACCA)
• Degree education or equivalent
• Proven track record in accounting or finance based role
• Excellent communication skills are paramount with an approachable attitude
• Excellent excel / analytical skills

£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
