Description
Payroll Manager Responsibilities:
- Providing an efficient and effective end to end payroll service
- Ensuring all payroll activities adhere to legislative and statutory requirements
- Leading a team of several clerks,
- Monthly payroll reconciliations, whilst producing accurate and timely reports
- Ensuring payroll controls are in place
Profile
Payroll Manager Requirements:
- Experience leading/managing a payroll team
- Experience leading a team of payroll clerks
- Knowledge of current payroll legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A highly organised approach to work
