  • To assist in performing all duties and responsibilities related to company secretarial matters
  • To provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • To prepare and draft board and members’ written resolutions or minutes as and when required.
  • To prepare, arrange, and ensure the timely submission of statutory forms, returns, and notifications in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and other authorities
  • To keep and update statutory records in accordance with the Companies Act of 2016 & Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
  • To liaise with external parties such as auditors, local authorities, etc
  • Manage and ensure timely and accurate filing of Annual Returns, Changes in Company Particulars, and other statutory documents.
  • Stay updated on the latest ACRA & ICSA regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Support the Board of Directors in organizing and preparing board meetings, including drafting meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and records, ensuring they are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on corporate governance matters.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure alignment on corporate matters.
  • Facilitate communication between the company and regulatory bodies, ensuring prompt response to queries and requests.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned



  • Diploma/ Degree in Corporate Secretarial Management/ Corporate Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work in a consultancy firm. Open for fresh graduate for entry level.
  • Well versed with the Companies Act 2016 & ACRA requirements, corporate secretarial practice, and other related regulatory requirements
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office application, MyCoID, MBRS system for online submissions to SSM
  • Able to multi-task, work independently as well as a team player
  • Self-motivated and possess a strong sense of responsibility
