Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, EPS Sales Execution and Support

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Finance team within EPS.

We are looking for a detail oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join the team. Primary responsibilities include owning the Booked Estimated Partner Profitability process, which has high visibility as it powers EPS’s management information systems and partnering with the Sales Execution teams to manage the sales Variable Incentive Plans which helps drive EPS Sales performance.

Partners can access EPS products in the way that best suits their business, whether that is a fully customizable environment through EPS APIs or an ‘off-the-shelf’ white-label or cobranded template solution offering or its agent tools.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Senior Commercial Finance Manager in partnering with the EPS Sales Execution and Support Teams
  • Own the EPS BEPP (Booked Estimated Partner Profitability) process which is vital for EPS Management Information Systems and the EPS Variable Incentive Plans
  • Calculating quarterly BEPP rates
  • Improving stakeholders understanding and resolving questions using financial insights
  • Continuous BEPP process improvement projects
  • Assist in the management of the EPS target process
  • Regular target reporting
  • Support in the financial modelling of incentive plans to drive sales excellence
  • Help optimize the EPS Sales processes, including changes to the sales framework and Salesforce processes
  • Support on broader Commercial Finance projects

Who you are:

  • Previous experience working in financial analysis roles
  • Working towards a professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent related professional experience
  • Detail orientated with the ability to problem solve
  • Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to analyse raw data and convert into useful insights
  • Ability to present data & insights in a visually compelling format to finance and non-finance audiences
  • Work collaboratively and constructively with a range of partners to challenge the status quo, drive positive change and process improvement
  • Proven track record to actively manage workload and deliver against constantly evolving priorities
  • A self-starter with proactive ‘can-do’ work ethic and strong initiative to identify current and potential problems and determine the best solution
  • Someone who thrives in large, global, fast paced organizations
