Your daily tasks may include:

  • coordinating and managing communication to stakeholders during operational cycles 
  • monitoring databases by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; ensuring data consistency; recommending actions and follow-up
  • conducting and coordinating financial, operational, and related data information to support strategic and business planning within the various stakeholders
  • performing daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • executing assigned process controls and proactively reporting any instances of non-compliance
  • identifying issues and using the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue should arise
  • responding to queries from OpCo via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes
  • implementing changes to OpCo counterparts using analytics to support recommendations. Actively participating in the implementation of approved changes
  • communicating financial and operational impact of any changes within scope and coordinating compliance of the process itself introducing best practice
  • creating informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • performing ad-hoc requests as per requirements of OpCo counterparts
  • providing audit support specific to managerial accounting/reporting
  • acting as the escalation point for the most complex queries and the most sensitive stakeholders 
  • suggesting and participating in advanced implementation of new reports (data modeling)
  • assisting in the preparation and review of ICFR Controls.

You are a good match if you have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a strong understanding of financial fundamentals and business framework
  • high analytical skills and Excel skills
  • strong customer service and communication skills good working knowledge of SAP and other IT systems affinity
  • excellent collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external.
