Senior Associate - Corporate Finance

Job Description

• Responsible for researching and assessing potential deals, reviewing feasibility study report, providing business and financial recommendations on projects
• Perform periodic portfolio review to optimize company's business strategy
• Handle corporate finance initiatives including M&A and fund raising activities such as debt/convertible notes issuances
• Carry out business analysis, detailed business financial modelling for potential M&A transaction
• Fully participate on deal life cycle including due diligence, execution process and assist in listing rules compliance issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of experience in investment bank;
• Strong analytical and communication skills and able to perform effectively with minimal supervision in a small team environment;
• Self-driven, reliable and able to perform under pressure;
• Strong command of written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English.
