Manager- Financial & FRR Reporting

Our client is a leading Chinese Investment bank. Due to business expansion, they are looking to appoint a Manager to join their Finance team. It is a newly created role, reporting to the Financial Controller with a team supported.

Description

•  Prepare listing documents and financial statements after listing
•  Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis for senior management's review
•  Prepare various returns for PRC reporting purpose
•  Assist annual audit and tax filing
•  Liaise with relevant parties for fund related issues
•  Handle month-end/year-end process

Profile

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or a quantitative discipline with CPA qualification
Min 6 years of accounting experience gained from sizable CPA firm/ investment banks/ securities firm
Good knowledge in financial reporting, FRR reporting is required
Committed, self-initiative, hard working and able to work independently
Proficient English, Cantonese and Putonghua
