About The Role
As the Graduate Program Manager, you will manage a small team to support the delivery of ANZ's early talent programs. This role works closely with our strategy team on devising and continuously improving the direction and value of the program. The role also works closely with Divisional leads to guide and support delivery of the program and create an amazing employee experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in managing successful early talent or equivalent types of programs.
Program and change management experience in complex environments, including track record of continuously improving end user experience.
Demonstrated ability to translate organisational strategy into effective operational plans, including resourcing, processes change and application of best practices.
Strong track record of effective team management -including leadership, problem solving, coaching and influencing skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to liaise, influence and challenge senior sponsors and program managers on the direction and value of the programs.
Able to work with agility, and demonstrate strong leadership in a dynamic evolving environment.
