Financial Manager Assistant

Responsibilities Reporting to Chief Financial Officer -CFO Preparation of Financial Statements of Group of Companies Plan, direct and coordinate all budgeting & controlling activities Capital Budgeting, Projects Costing, Project feasibility, Job Costing and Estimation Ensure all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to corporate deadlines Provide proactive analysis of the monthly financial statements to include analysis of key financial performance indicators, comparisons of actual results to budget with corrective measures recommendations Provide timely reviews of the project's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities Yearly Budgeting and monthly variance analysis Monthly cash flow forecast and management reports Monitor contractors billing and payments Liaison with banks for working capital, loans, import, commercial matters and necessary banking processes
