Lloyd Recruitment Services, the East Grinstead Branch are excited to be working with a rapidly expanding Insurance company based in the Croydon area.
We are searching for driven and motivated individuals looking to begin a sales career in the insurance industry.
There will be lots of opportunity to train and progress and see the company grow, so it is a very exciting time to join.
The main purpose of the role is to provide advice and guidance on general insurance matters and to sell and discuss products to members online, via telephone and face to face.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Following up and converting leads
- Managing incoming sales and customer calls
- Issue quotation and new business documents
- Developing and maintaining relationships with insurers and underwriters
- Ensuring compliance
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of all products and services
Ideal Candidates will possess:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade A - C
- Confident telephone manner
- Driven to exceed targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to build successful relationships
- Strong presentation skills
Salary £18K - £21K DOE plus commission + pension scheme + 25 days holiday
