Sue Ross Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, dynamic Credit Control Administrator working with our client, a successful manufacturing company based in Sheffield.

Reporting to the Senior Credit Controller, duties and responsibilities include;

* Chasing debts by telephone, email and letter
* Communicating with customers to chase debt, manage enquiries, and provide swift and accurate responses to correspondence
* Monitoring customer records and amending contact details
* Producing status reports of new customer accounts
* Assessing credit limits as and when required
* Manual invoicing and credits
* Undertaking general administration duties as and when required

This successful candidate will have previous demonstrable experience gained within a credit control capacity, as well as sales ledger and bookkeeping knowledge. Candidates with experience working with SAP will be at an advantage.
