About The Role

We are looking for a Strategic Accountant to join our team in Naas. This role is responsible for timely and quality Price setting, maintenance, and support. The Strategic Accountant manages customer agreements and incentives as well as supporting Customer Service excellence on pricing/order issues.

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.

What will I be doing?

  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders such as but not limited to Sales, RD&A, Procurement, Strategic Pricing Managers to ensure an efficient and effective pricing process
  • Provide pricing recommendations to sales groups with supporting analysis
  • Coordinate pricing process and provide price negotiations support
  • Manage price approval process
  • Monitor, protect and improve pricing margin
  • Accurately interpret and properly implement Pricing Policies and Guidelines
  • Ensure Data maintenance and quality in all Pricing processes and systems
  • Participate in Pricing projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure service levels on turnaround for quotes, invoicing, and pricing discrepancies along with other relevant role KPI’s are performing to target

  • Part Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA)
  • Experience in a similar role within a commercial environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong team player with a capability to work across functions
  • Ability to influence and deliver results through other functions.
  • Leverage financial data and transform into insights that enable effective actions/decision making.
