Prerequisites

  • Partly or fully  qualified in CIMA, CA or ACCA
  • Minimum 2-3years experience in  mergers & acquisition
  • Work experience in Corporate finance will be an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent English communication skills
