Description

The Management Accountant will be commercially driven with an aptitude for business partnering.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators

• Commercial and Financial Dashboards and KPIs. Maintain and develop pivot reports for these KPI's/Dashboards.

• Management accounts reporting to world class deadlines

• Maintenance of ordered comprehensive working papers for journals

• Variance analysis of P&L

• Balance Sheet reconciliations

• Monthly detailed cash forecasting

• Verify monthly sales figures

• Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register

• Capital expenditure analysis and NBV/Depreciation forecasting

• Input to the budgeting process

• Management of the company's stock-take

• PI counts management and reporting

Profile

As Management Accountant you must have a demonstrable track record in effective costing and adding value within a manufacturing environment. A commercially driven candidate with excellent communication skills is a must. Other skills include:

• Relevant degree or equivalent (desirable)

• AAT / CCAB qualified or part qualified, (QBE possible) (desirable)

• Previous accounts administration experience (essential)

• IT skills - Microsoft Office (essential)

• MS Excel Power user (essential)
