  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of auditors.
  • Plan and conduct comprehensive audits in the business services industry.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to promote trust and understanding.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes and deliver knowledge to teams.


The successful Senior Audit Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance. (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in audit software and accounting systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and enjoy engaging client relationships
  • A thorough understanding of regulatory technical standards
