To make it happen, we count on the expertise of over 3,700 people from more than 94 different countries, who strive every day to reach excellence and team up to solve important problems through innovative solutions. We value diverse and singular career paths, embrace everyone's unique self and encourage our People to fuel their potential in a work environment that is inclusive, stimulating, and motivating.

Your mission:

As an actuarial intern you will:

  • Assist our clients with the set up and monitoring of Solvency II: diagnosis, quantitative research and calculations, analysis of risk management, optimisation aspects;
  • Analyse the regulatory and accounting requirements (under IFRS, Lux Gaap) which can be applied to the insurance sector - recalculations of provisions, review of experience studies supporting actuarial assumptions;
  • Support the other teams and clients in projects - M&A and DD engagements, credit risk modelling projects, risk-capital modelling, IFRS17 implementation, controls environments, actuarial outsourcing;
  • Be involved in assignments relating to companies’ resettlement/creation (insurance, reinsurance, pension funds): feasibility analysis, restructuring of capital ownership and portfolio transfer.

Let’s talk about you. If you have (or will soon have) …

  • A School/University with a specialization in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or quantitative finance;
  • Previous internship experience as an actuary is a plus;
  • Experience in modelling in R and Python is a plus;
  • Pragmatic, dynamic, rigorous, methodical and precise mindset;
  • Fluent English and French. German will be considered as an asset;
  • You are intellectually curious and open to other activities in the field of insurance.

…You are the candidate we are looking for!

Moreover, our recruitment process is short and simple:

  • 1 technical interview
