The Prime Video EMEA Finance team seeks a Commercial Finance FP&A lead to partner both the Prime Video leadership team in EMEA, as well as the Finance leadership team. The role is highly commercial and analytical, as well as owning typical FP&A and controllership processes, will also lead on scaled regional deep dives across different functional business areas.

Key job responsibilities

Work closely with the WW PV FP&A team based in the US to ensure all key planning cycles / deliverables are supported by the EMEA region.

Ensure robust controllership and audit through monthly performance and budget reviews, versus plan.

Deep dive on performance metrics across various key content and service level performance - at the regional level.

Clear articulation of financial and service performance for Int'l and WW performance review forums.

Take the lead on the quarterly and monthly business reviews related to customer acquisition and engagement, at the regional level.

Support all key country financial planning and forecasting cycles.

- Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)

- 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience

- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

- 7+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience


- MBA, or CPA

- Knowledge of SQL/ETL

- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
