Description

As Finance Manager reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be successfully responsible for overseeing the operational side of the organisation that ensures the smooth running of the finance function.

These key duties include, but not limited too, overseeing the ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable and balance sheet reconciliations etc.

Alongside these responsibilities will be supervising a very self sufficient finance team to ensure the weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting is on schedule and to a high standard.

There will be business partnering and stakeholder management with the wider financial and non-financial organisation.

Suitable for profiles such as Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, Management Accountant, Accounts Payable/Receivable Supervisor Finance Team Leaders etc etc.

Profile

  • Have previously managed, supervised or trained members of a finance team
  • Extensive experience of ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Open to anyone qualified by experience or even studying AAT, ACCA or CIMA
  • Key eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder management
  • Shared service centre knowledge is desirable but not essential
  • Able to support with any KPI reporting for commercial business improvement
  • Can start either December 2023 or January 2024
