Mixture of private clients, partnerships and trusts. HNWIs, non-residents and non-domiciles with international + UK business connections, investments and property interests.
Compliance - preparation and review of personal tax returns and simple accounts. IHT returns for relevant property trusts and chargeable lifetime transfers.
Advisory – you would be assisting managers and Partners with ad-hoc tax planning such as:
- Inheritance/Trust planning
- Personal tax planning including profit extraction, use of investment reliefs (EIS, VCTs), pension contributions etc.
- CGT planning - advising on use of tax reliefs.
- Advising on domicile and residency for UK taxes.
- ATT preferred; CTA desirable - although study support may be offered. STEP accepted.
