Reporting directly to the Finance director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic guidance to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and other external partners.
  • Evaluate and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and drive profitability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations to proactively address potential challenges and opportunities.

  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of successful financial management.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Quailfied or Eqivilent
