Page Personnel are currently recruiting for an excellent property business based in Harrogate. Due to continued and sustained growth within the business over the last few years, our client now have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Senior Management Accountant.

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading independent student accommodation providers, operating in more than 100 properties across over 47 towns and cities in the UK and Ireland for a mixture of international and UK funds. Our clients success over the last few years has resulted in the need to expand the finance team. Their continued success is down to their specialist knowledge and expertise in the sector. Our clients approach is aligned with investors with a key focus around delivering a fantastic service to both their consumers and clients.


Reporting into the Finance Manager you will predominantly be responsible for the production and preparation of the monthly management accounts and managing a team of 6 people. Also, you will be required to complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, production of budgets for clients, business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders, monthly variance analysis and reporting, producing the monthly management information packs and cash-flow monitoring/control.


  • Will have held a Finance Manager Management Accountant role previously
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or qualified by experience
  • Excellent Microsoft excel skills such as Vlookup and Pivot Tables
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Confident in accounting software, experience with Navision would be desirable.
