Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and analyzing data governance and data management requirements from clients, communicating with clients to understand issues and needs.
  • Understanding clients' data governance and data management current status and perform maturity assessment.
  • Providing data governance system construction or improvement solution, including blueprint design, architecture design, model design, management process and regulation design, and function design.
  • Assisting in project execution from proposal preparation, requirement analysis, change management, quality assurance and project delivery.
  • Insight into the update of data governance related national standard, identifying the trend of data governance market, and providing feedback to practice drivers to adjust the business strategy, target market and service innovation.
Requirements:
  • University degree majoring in computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, statistics, and / or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of data governance and data management experience. Position of Senior Consultant or Manager will be granted based on the number of years of relevant experience.
  • Consulting Experience in MDM of master data, data management process and regulation would be an advantage.
  • Experience in financial services industry is also preferred.
  • Practical experience and strong working knowledge in one or more of the following - data governance, master data, architecture management, data model management, data standard management, data quality management, metadata management, master data management, data security management, data lifecycle management.
  • Insight into the present situation and development trend of mainstream data management.
  • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills in both speaking and writing.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast paced and agile work environment.
  • Certifications such as TOGAF and DAMA desired.
