Who we are looking for
A Junior Leveraged Loan portfolio manager to join its Leveraged Loan Program. The Junior Leveraged Loan portfolio manager will be located in Boston and will help to manage the bank’s $5 billion global allocation. Specifically, the responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing analytical support to the portfolio management team for investments to be purchased or owned in State Street’s investment portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a passion for investing, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple divergent tasks effectively. This position represents an excellent opportunity to build a career in investment management.

What you will be responsible for
As a Junior Leveraged Loan Analyst you will:
- Assist portfolio managers with portfolio analysis and construction
- Prepare portfolio surveillance materials.
- Prepare daily portfolio tracking reports.
- Produce required regulatory reporting for the portfolio
What we value

- The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience with strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Educational requirements include a BA/BS with some experience/background in accounting required.

Salary Range:$70,000 - $115,000 Annual
