As the Senior PMO Specialist you will join the Transformation Team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services in Kraków. You will have the opportunity to become a part of an international team supporting HGSS and global initiatives. 

Currently we are searching for an experienced Programme Management Officer to support a transformation programme in Finance area, in close cooperation with Head Office in Amsterdam as well as local HEINEKEN Kraków team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting an international transformation programme with your project & program management expertise, applying and sharing good practices 
  • Preparation and presentation of progress updates to project and programme team members and stakeholders
  • Pro-actively driving and ensuring effective communication flow across the Program team, supporting governance bodies and Heineken operations
  • Monitoring progress and flagging potential risks to programme delivery 
  • Scheduling meetings, agenda and minutes preparation, communication of actions to the project team members and stakeholders
  • Maintaining project/program plans, resource plans, risk and issue log and change control trackers
  • Compliance to HEINEKEN Project methodologies
  • Integration of the Transformation C&C approach in programmes/projects
  • Building on the stakeholder management
  • Using your experience to support and drive enhancements the project management toolkit at HEINEKEN Kraków


  • University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in BPO/SSC
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management or Transition methodology
  • Successful record of running, coordinating or contributing to medium to large size and complex projects
  • Experience in preparation and faciliation of governance meetings including senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
  • Knowledge of project and programme management principles and techniques (Preferably also with HEINEKEN P3M methodology)
  • High stakeholder awareness
  • Able to simplify complex topics and drive/support discussions
  • Able to translate complex topics in compelling presentations
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Attention to details
  • Familiar with planning tools, MS office, Access, SharePoint and other database systems
  • Willing and capable to coach Project Leaders
  • Willing and capable to lead a team of Junior PMOs

Nice to have:

  • Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. PMBoK, PRINCE)
  • Transition Methodology certification & experience
