Claude Neon Tasmania is an industry leader in Australian signage for over a century and we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate person in our business. The right candidate will play an integral part of providing financial and accounting support to the business operations.
Job tasks and responsibilities
• Daily Cash Flow Management
• Management of day to day operational task
• Month End processing and reporting
• General Ledger Maintenance
• Reconciling financial discrepancies through collecting and analysing account information
• Accounts Receivable/Payable support
• Preparation of Age Trial Balance Report.
• Preparation of monthly billing, sales and rental management.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
The successful application will not only possess outstanding written and communication skills, but will also be a very strong people person, who enjoys being challenged and is driven to succeed.
In addition, you will require:
• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance)
• Minimum 1 yr experience in the same industry
• Advanced knowledge with Pronto and Fusion
• Strong work ethic who can demonstrate problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Can work autonomously but also be part of a team
• Advanced level in MS Office including Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Flexible and adaptable - desire to learn all duties managed by the Finance Department
• Exceptional common sense
