We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Payroll Manager - PAYROLL.

Principal responsibilities

• Used to its maximum efficiency in meeting payroll requirements and deadlines, applying manual aid only in absolute necessity.
• To ensure that all payments are accurate, timely and paid in compliance with the different types of Bank's policies and Government Ordinances.
• To streamline the payroll processes as much as possible so that resources can be maximized for the increased workload, change in legislation and product introduction.
• To review the operation structure of Payroll Service Centre when the team is mature, and implement changes to achieve maximum operation efficiency and scalability.
• To enrich all team members' job knowledge and skills by providing on-the-job and course training.

Requirements

• University or master degree.
• Minimum 5 years' executive experience in a HR business related role or processing department.
• Understand the company specific policies and local regulations in each entity as well as the impact to both the payroll and leave functions.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
