We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Payroll Manager - PAYROLL.
Principal responsibilities
- Used to its maximum efficiency in meeting payroll requirements and deadlines, applying manual aid only in absolute necessity.
- To ensure that all payments are accurate, timely and paid in compliance with the different types of Bank's policies and Government Ordinances.
- To streamline the payroll processes as much as possible so that resources can be maximized for the increased workload, change in legislation and product introduction.
- To review the operation structure of Payroll Service Centre when the team is mature, and implement changes to achieve maximum operation efficiency and scalability.
- To enrich all team members' job knowledge and skills by providing on-the-job and course training.
- University or master degree.
- Minimum 5 years' executive experience in a HR business related role or processing department.
- Understand the company specific policies and local regulations in each entity as well as the impact to both the payroll and leave functions.
