Corporate Administrator, the officer shall perform the following duties
Booking client services requirements and providing support where necessary, Attending to telephone and call related services , Responding to emails and communication issues, Capturing recording and preparation of accounts (bookkeeping services), Addressing and solving client related challenges ,Help drive business and revenue generating option as direct by the manager, Supporting the advertising team and training facilitators , Other related work schedule as directed by the manager or each unit within our system. To meet daily client related target -delivery of services and sale requirements ,To Perform account receivable/debtor schedules for client/students ,Pitch for business and prospective student where necessary ,Preparation or tender document for biding and submissions, To help drive marketing and business process with clients and for clients.
Must hold a National Diploma/ACCA -CAT Qualification /Degree in accounting/law /Managements or any other related Qualification/Equivalent , Computer literate and knowledge pf Pastel Accounting will be added advantage ,Must be a good listener and have a good communication skill ,Must have at least five years’ experience with the south African working environment ,Must be able to speak at least two of the African languages of south Africa ,Can work under pressure and ability to drive change. and good initiator ,Team player, knowledge of the southern African training environments will be an advantage ,Knowledge of, understanding of the tax regulation and SARS operation activities will be added advantage , Very assertive to all situations and able to pay critical attention to, to gain understanding of all situation., when dealing with clients and a good problem solver ,Knowledge of the NGO/civil society operation, and compliance process in south Africa will be an advantage
